Delivery Terms



1. EASTROAD SOFTWARE AND LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES ELEKTRONİK MAĞAZACILIK TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter "eastroad.com") is not a sales company and does not provide any sales services. The company provides digital and physical infrastructure services to its overseas customers for online shopping with cargo integration from its vendors in Turkey with which it is in direct cooperation.

2. "eastroad.com" is in no way responsible for the quality, completeness, composition, size and shape of the product shipped by the seller, exhaustion in warehouse or cancellation of the order by the seller.


3. During the delivery of the products to the warehouse in Turkey, "eastroad.com" covers the shipping costs of the sellers, but is not responsible in any way for the lost products that are not delivered to the warehouse.


4. After the order is placed on the "eastroad.com" marketplace, no action is taken on the order (product cancellation, color or size change, etc.).


5. "eastroad.com" processes orders in a sequential system. Regardless of the number of orders placed by the user from the site, they are given at the same time (attached to the same basket), they can send parcels.


6. When sending the link, the user should provide information about discount coupons or campaigns in the note section. In the absence of the note, discounts may not be considered.


7. While making the payment with the credit card option, the customer sees the shipping charges instantly and makes the payment.


8. If the customer makes the payment with the option to pay at the door, if he does not pay the cargo within Turkey, this amount will be written to the balance negatively and his order will be issued when the sufficient balance is loaded into the account of our cargo company in Azerbaijan. Shipnext.co transfers the customer's payment directly to the bank account of the Turkish company with which it cooperates. A 5% bank fee is charged for order processing (bank charges before the amount paid by the customer is credited to the seller's account).


9. The user must enter the correct product information in the appropriate fields when sending a link to the order. It will be based on the information that the customer enters in the appropriate fields during the fulfillment of the order (for example, "red" in the color cell, "green" in the additional notes). Shipnext.co is not responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of the customer entering incorrect information.


10. If the product purchased from the "eastroad.com" marketplace is the same as the product shown in the picture, if the customer wants to return it, the cost of the return shall be borne by the customer.


11. In case of any disruption in the ordering process (product expiry date, the expiry date of the ordered body, the completion of the campaign, the payment problem, etc.), the customer is notified and the amount paid by the Turkish company is refunded.


12. In case of refunding the price of the ordered product for any reason, 5% of the bank fee will not be refunded.


13. After the order is executed by "eastroad.com", the seller is canceled by the store, if it is not delivered to the warehouse, the delivery time is extended, the amount paid by the customer for the product is returned in the same foreign currency. It does not pay the difference to the customer. All payments from the customer are accepted in Turkish Lira and are returned in the same currency. Problems with other currencies or exchange rates should be clarified with the client's bank.


14. The customer is informed that in some cases, many sellers may have price differences in store depending on the color or size of the product. If the price difference between such orders is not large, the order will be executed by "eastroad.com" and the difference will be written to the user's balance negatively. If the price difference is large in terms of size and color, "eastroad.com" informs the customer.

15. After the orders in the cart are collected, the orders paid with the Total Payment function are given together. Separately paid orders may be ordered at different times.

16. Refunds to the card take 5-15 days. In some cases there may be a delay of several days depending on the banks.

17. Orders for products prohibited by Azerbaijani legislation are not accepted.

18. It is the customers' responsibility to correctly declare their address, contact and identity information. For this reason, "eastroad.com" is not responsible for problems in delivery.

19.   Make sure you don't exceed your $300 personal usage limit in a calendar month. Otherwise, additional tax fee will be applied to your order by the Customs authority.


20. Commercial purposes. Be careful not to order products for If the products you receive are found to be commercial purposes, an additional tax fee will be applied to your order by Customs.

21. eastroad.com does not accept or carry mobile phone orders. Packages are not transported by people who abuse and order the phone, and the "Carrier" does not bear any responsibility for this package.

23. "eastroad.com" does not order or ship drugs.

24. The review period of orders that are not shipped late or late by the seller to the warehouse of "eastroad.com", with the wrong customer code or name, may take 7-30 days, also taking into account the seller's return.
